IT'S ANOTHER YEAR.



Hello Everyone,

Indeed a privilege and a blessing to be here to greet you again. In times like this, one stops to ponder over what has happened throughout the year. A lot has gone on for us all professionally and personally. But one cannot stop thinking of how good it feels to live through the turmoil's of life especially in a new century to tell the tale. We are indeed blessed. We are a generation with so much grace because our older generations have created for us a comfortable existence, Tim bennes lee with the world wide web, bill gates with the PC revolution, Larry page and sergei brin with Google, advances in particle physics, nano electronics, biogenetics, information systems stem cell, mobile technology, aerospace, cancer management, HIV management and general health etc. All races of the world has contributed its quota to mankind's advancement



In spite of all the bad things that go on around the world, we still have better chance of creating and sharing wealth than our ancestors, the world is a much better place than it used to be, but it can be much better if you and I do what is right to champion fairness, equity, justice and love, that is what Christ and Indeed all the prophets of all the world religions stood for.



To whom much is given much is required, and our generation has been given so much. We in Africa have a big task ahead; we cannot complain that we don't have enough because we are so blessed with everything we need. In this age of knowledge economy, we don't need to build factories to create wealth but instead, think and create ideas. Because that is what the world needs. Knowledge is the greatest power man can have. And God created us to use of brains to replenish and extend the boundaries of humanity, so we build planes, spacecrafts, we spitted and harnessed that power of the atom, we cured and TB and will cure HIV/Aids and Cancer, and maybe clone humans? After all we have androids already (ask George Lucas :)



For me, LIFE is about humanity, how loving we can be, how creative we can be and how productive we can be, so in the spirit of 2008, let's move Africa to where it belongs, amongst the top hierarchy of God's creations and let's be part of the team that will conquer the frontiers of space. Let the teachings of the Christ and all the Prophets inspire us to greatness.







Remember, You Cannot Stop Time. But You Can Enjoy Time.
